SUPPLIER PURCHASE ORDER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
The following requirements apply at minimum. Additional requirements may be incorporated with the B&E Mfg purchase order.

QUALITY SYSTEM REQUIREMENTSThe Supplier shall provide and maintain a system that complies with ISO9001, AS9100 or Nadcap. |

CHANGESThe Supplier must notify B&E Mfg. of any changes in product or process definition, changes of suppliers and/or location. |

RAW MATERIALSChemical and/or Physical test reports and special process certifications are required with each shipment, with full traceability from mill to source, as applicable. |

RAW MATERIALS USED IN PURCHASED ARTICLESResults of tests performed on specimens or detailed analyses of Supplier’s acceptance test results on all raw materials that are required to satisfy specification requirements and which are employed in the fabrication of the articles purchased on a subcontract or purchase agreement shall be made available to B&E Mfg. upon request. |

AGE CONTROL AND LIMITED LIFE PRODUCTSSupplier will identify all materials which have limited shelf life. Supplier shall directly affix the useful life information (date of manufacture and expiration date) on the material container and certification. When environment is a factor, notification will include the storage condition required. Unless otherwise directed by the purchase order, a minimum of 80% of the applicable material shelf life will remain upon receipt by B&E Mfg. |

IDENTIFICATION AND DATA RETRIEVALWhere and to the extent traceability is a specified requirement, the Supplier shall apply a unique identification to individual product, material or batches. This identification data shall be recorded on and traceable to related Supplier records. |

SUPPLIER RECORDSThe Supplier shall maintain suitable inspection and test records to serve as evidence of conformance with specified requirements. Such records shall be legible and traceable to the product involved. These records shall be maintained for a minimum of ten (10) years after final payment or as specified elsewhere in the purchase order. |

GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTIONWhen the Government or Customer elects to perform inspection at the Supplier's facility, the following requirement applies: All work on this order is subject to inspection and test by the Government or Customer at any time and place. The Government or Customer quality representative who has been delegated quality assurance functions on this procurement shall be notified immediately upon receipt of this order. The Government or Customer shall also be notified forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the time articles or materials are ready for inspection or test. |

STATEMENT OF CONFORMANCEEach shipment must be accompanied by at least one legible copy of a statement of conformance. This statement shall specify that all contractual requirements have been adhered to, including all specifications and other applicable documents as cited in the purchase agreement, and that evidence is on file for review by a quality representative. The statement of conformance must contain at minimum: the part number, purchase order number, quantity, latest revision, name and address of the company certifying the part. |

TEMPORARY SHIPPING PROTECTIONProduct shall be handled and packaged in a manner to prevent damage or deterioration. |

DFARSThe Supplier certifies that all products supplied against the purchase order fully complies with DFARS Clauses 252.225-7008 & 252.225-7009, unless otherwise specified. |

COUNTERFEIT PARTS & MATERIALSuppliers shall comply with the requirements of AS6174 Counterfeit Materials. |

CONFLICT MINERALSThe supplier will ensure compliance to U.S. Conflict Mineral laws. |

AWARENESSSuppliers shall ensure their employees are aware of the following:1. Their contribution to our product conformity 2.Their contribution to our product safety 3.The importance of ethical behavior. |

CONTROL AND MONITORINGB&E Mfg shall monitor external providers via metrics such as Quality and Delivery, and provide feedback as needed. |

FOD REQUIREMENTSSuppliers shall comply with the requirements of AS9146 FOD Prevention Program. |

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCTAll suppliers will comply with SOP 23-01 Supplier Code of Conduct, located on the bandemfg.com website. |

ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTIONSuppliers shall comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as any related applicable local legislation. |

ESCAPEMENTAny escapement or non-conformance detected by the Supplier during processing, inspection or for any previous delivered B&E Mfg. product shall immediately be reported in writing to B&E Mfg Purchasing and Quality Assurance. |
Q23 |
WORKMANSHIPAny defects that will affect form, fit or function, or are in excess of those allowed by the product standard, referenced specifications or B&E Mfg specifications shall be cause for rejection. |
